The latest update to Paragon was released on Wednesday, April 8 and it includes enhancements to the Collab Centre and Contact Manager.
The Collab Centre now has simplified notifications, and emails to clients about sold listings and price changes will have more detailed information. See below for further details!
Collab Center: Client notifications simplified
Under Preferences > Collab Center > Notification Options, what used to be called Notification Settings, is now called Settings.
- The auto notification settings are now grouped together in a drop-down menu.
- Note: The menu default is Collab Center and the Email option is in the menu below. To view and select Email, click the down arrow to open the full menu.
- For increased clarity, under Email, the Send Link command has been changed to Send Welcome Message
- As well, it is now easier to see and search for client comments in the Collab Center.
Collab Center: List and Sold Prices now visible on Agent email notifications
The cover screen shot now displays before/after pricing. When you’re sending email notifications via the Collab Center regarding a listing that’s been sold, both the List Price and Sold Price will display.
Collab Center: Price adjustments now visible on Agent email notifications
The cover screen shot now displays before/after pricing. Same as above, when you’re sending email notifications via the Collab Center for price changes, both the previous price and current price will display.
Contact Manager > Sent Messages
You can now search for emails you sent to a specific client. In Contacts > Sent Messages and Message History, the Search field will now search in both the Subject Line and the “To” field, enabling users to search for messages to a specific contact.
