Did you know that in Paragon®, when you remove an image in a listing and do not replace it with another one, the original image will remain on REALTOR.ca? When you delete an image in Paragon, only Paragon is updated; not REALTOR.ca.
Here is a tip on how you can remove an image you no longer want to keep from both places.
The way to get around this is to Replace the Image, instead of Delete. There is an icon on top of the Picture Administration within Listing Maintenance.
Select the image you want to replace, and click on the blue book icon above the image. This will allow you to upload a new image in place of the old one, or add what is called a blank to replace the image.
An alternative is to call CREA at 1-800-842-2732 to request that individual images from your listing be removed from REALTOR.ca. However, doing this would not change any images in Paragon.
