Did you know that you can customize the appearance and many features in Paragon that will make your job easier and, make the program more fun to use? (Who doesn’t love the Canada theme? It has the cutest icons: a moose, beaver and even maple syrup. And now is the perfect time for the Spring theme.)
So, if it’s been a while since you visited the Preferences Wizard or you didn’t realize it was there, now is a good time to visit that feature and personalize your Paragon.
Simply click on Start and step your way through all 16 pages to save your settings!
Once in there, you can do a lot of things. Just to name a few, change your Agent Image, Office Logo Image, add a colleague who can Assume Your Identity when you’re away, and customize your Market Monitor, which is a super-useful tool. The Market Monitor is a snapshot of current market activity. It allows you to see a visual summary of new Hotsheet matches, price changes, new listings, sold listings, or expired listings that have occurred within 24 hours to 30 days and you can select your own filters. This is very helpful if you specialize in a specific neighbourhood or property type and you can also narrow down your market to your team or office.
Make sure to go through to the end to save your settings and have fun with it! It’s your Paragon.
