Have a last minute Open House you need advertised for the weekend?
Our Board’s ‘data loads’ are uploaded to Realtor.ca at 7:00 PM each night, so be sure that you post your Open House information on Paragon prior to that to ensure it’s included. If you do, it will appear on Realtor.ca by the next morning. Any Open Houses that are posted after 7:00 PM will take an additional day to appear on Realtor.ca.
This timing also applies to any changes you might make to your listing on Paragon, i.e.: pictures, virtual tours, data or remarks.
EXTRA TIP: Having a signed Agent Modify form on file at the FVREB allows you to make changes to remarks and non-contractual listing information directly on Paragon whenever you need to. No need to wait for MLS® staff to make them for you!
