REALTOR® Load (ADT): How to correctly input an address on a listing contract

A common error the MLS® team sees when checking listings submitted via REALTOR® Load (ADT) is submissions that have incorrectly input the full address of the property in one field on the contract, instead of placing individual elements of a property address in the separate fields that are available.




The Unit Number, House Number, Street Name, Street Type and Street Direction must be typed in separate fields on the contract:



Property addresses entered incorrectly on the contract in your WEBForms® kit could result in the address uploading incorrectly. To ensure that your submitted listing is uploaded promptly and correctly, make sure you check that the correct information is in the right fields.
