Paragon 5.955 will be available on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Here are the new and improved features that you need to know about.
Paragon Professional
- Generate Driving Directions by Map Pin Location (i.e. Geocodes)
Aside from using a listing’s address, users now have the option to find a listing’s driving direction by map pin location. Please note that:
– This new feature will default to Address. Users need to manually change it to Map Pin Location; and
– The selected Property Search Driving Directions option will apply to all selected listings.
- Share via Text Custom Message
Users can now add an optional custom message of up to 100 characters when sharing listings through the Share via Text feature from the property Search results. The message can be previewed in the Share dialog window. Once the text message is sent, it will be recorded in the contact’s Message History.
Collaboration Centre
- Consistent Price formatting in Collaboration Centre and CollabLink Views
The Price field in Collaboration Centre and CollabLink views now have standard formats. Instead of showing the rounded price, the full price will be displayed on the detail, grid, thumbnail, and property history. For example, $123,456 will be displayed instead of $1.2k. However, map pins will continue to show the rounded price.
- Improved Agent Photo Handling
To allow better resolution and improve image display, the image size was changed and the code causing the image to display off centre was corrected.
Paragon Connect
- Settings
The main menu now has a new option for Settings that allows users to edit and define fields such as agent photo, password (if applicable), and Collaboration Centre and Notification settings.
- Dashboard
Aside from having a new look, the new dashboard has new features such as:
- Quick Action links to give fast access to frequent features;
- Streamlined view for reading and responding to recent contact comments; and
- Upgraded Power Search that provides auto-display of matching results.
- Property Search
The new search interface is faster, utilizes more visible text/fonts, and remains in sync with your default search Paragon Professional. You can also save searches, view recent searches, apply filters to see search criteria, and update the criteria used in the default search.
- Map View
The Map View has a new look and feel. Standard map layers and free-hand drawing options are now available. If enabled, users may also select parcels from the Parcel Layer to view public record data or enable a Property Watch.
- Full Lookup and Feature
You can now see all available options in the Lookup and Feature fields found under Search Forms and Listing Maintenance in a new popup window. Simply type into a field to auto-complete a lookup value or open a new window to scroll through all available options.
- Seller Dashboard
The updated dashboard’s latest interface allows you to monitor your Contacts’ for sale properties easier and faster.
