Next week, Black Knight will release a new mobile version of Paragon called Paragon Connect.
Paragon Connect is a simplified interface designed from the ground up to work on mobile platforms, including smartphones and tablets.
The platform will be accessible on any device, include both Residential and Commercial versions, and be integrated with Touchbase, FVREB Stats Centre, Autoprop, CREA WEBForms®, and SentriLock .
How to access Paragon Connect on June 22:
If you’re using a mobile device, like an iOS or Android-based smartphone or tablet, you will be able to access Paragon via a new Paragon Connect link on our REALTOR Link® home page or the direct web address:
- Paragon Residential: https://bcres.paragonrels.com
- Paragon Commercial: https://bccls.paragonrels.com
The system will automatically detect your device and ask if you’d like to use Paragon Connect. If you select the option “remember my choice,” you’ll automatically default to Paragon Connect next time you try to access Paragon on that device.
If you’d like to access both Paragon Connect and the traditional interface on your device, ensure you leave this box unchecked.
You can also access the new interface from your laptop or desktop by using the “Resources” button on the navigation bar at the top of the Paragon home screen. On a laptop or desktop, your system will default to the traditional Paragon interface.
If you prefer to use Paragon Connect on your desktop or laptop, bookmark the Paragon Connect homepage for quick access.
What’s different about Paragon Connect:
We asked the members who volunteered for our user test group what they thought about Paragon Connect. Here are some of their comments:
“I really like the user interface and the experience. It’s very easy, user-friendly, and intuitive.”
“I have been waiting for this functionality since we began using Paragon in 2015. We are mobile professionals; we need access to these tools and information while we are out in the field with clients.”
The new version of Paragon is intended to complement the existing interface rather than replace it. It’ll provide a more streamlined experience on the go. Here are examples of what you’ll be able to do:
- search for listings and share them with your clients;
- view client activity in the Collaboration Centre;
- see activity on your sellers’ listings;
- search and view hotsheets;
- access your listing cart;
- edit non-contractual and remarks fields (if you have Agent Modify access);
- access your contact manager; and
- view tour and open house information.
Note: This new interface is not a mobile app. It’s a fully responsive web app you can access using a web browser on any device.
