Have you downloaded the HomeSpotter app? HomeSpotter delivers access to your saved searches, contacts, and listing carts from any mobile device. You can upload new photos to a listing and, if you have Agent Modify privileges, you can edit the remarks of your active listings.
Homespotter is available to FVREB REALTORS® free of charge in the Apple App and Google Play stores.
The most recent update – Version 5.9.2 – will be out soon and brings an array of new features and improvements that will make using the app better and more efficient for users. Here’s a rundown of what you will see:
Multiple MLS® Search
You are now able to search multiple MLS® numbers at once.
Status Colours
There is now a ‘Status Colour’ next to all search results that will let you know if a listing is active or sold at a glance.
Save Open Houses to Calendar
You can now find a ‘Save’ button next to the open house schedule on listings, and you can tap it to add an open house event to your calendar.
Updates to Directions
Want to open up maps quickly and get directions to a property in the app? Click on the new car icon to the right of the address.
There are also now more map options to open Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, or to copy the address.
