A recent update to Paragon has expanded what listings are displayed in your inventory as the listing agent.
Previously, only your ‘Active’ listings (A) would display when viewing your listings under the Inventory section of Paragon.
Now both Active and ‘For Approval’ listings (FA) will automatically appear in the list if you are the listing agent for those properties or if you are an Office Manager or Broker and the listing agent is part of your office/firm.
Here’s a full breakdown of what’s been added to your inventory view based on your role:
- Head Brokers will see For Approval listings when the assigned listing owner is from their firm
- Office Managers will see For Approval listings when the assigned listing owner is from their office.
- REALTORS® will see their own Active and For Approval listings
