Case study #274 is now available.

This case study examines a REALTOR® who failed to deal honestly and professionally by submitting documents without the knowledge of the sellers, and with signatures other than the sellers; and failed to provide documents pertaining to the listing when requested by the complainant.

Further, the Member-Link failed to supervise the activities of the REALTOR® by submitting a signed listing contract to the Board without the PID, legal description, or the signature of the listing agent.
