The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB) is looking for a Professional Standards Advisor to join their team in Kelowna.

The position:
Key accountabilities will include coaching and education, member and public complaints and inquiries and policy advising.
Reporting to the CEO, you will work hand in hand with other members of the OMREB team to support and elevate the professionalism of the Board’s members.
What you need to have:
- hands-on experience coaching and mentoring real estate professionals
- up-to-date and in-depth knowledge and understanding of current BC real estate regulation and related legislation
- consistency and accuracy in your thinking and decision-making
- the ability to inspire confidence and respect
- superior listening skills
Plus:
- A minimum of 10 years of recent real estate or related industry experience, with direct experience as a broker a significant asset.
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated mediation skills with an ability to actively facilitate parties to a common understanding.
- Proven ability to interpret and follow policies and procedures with precision.
- Good organizational abilities, with strong record keeping and documentation skills.
