To ensure a secure and reliable experience, members are advised to keep the SentriKey® real estate app up to date.
SentriLock has advised that starting May 12, 2025, agents using outdated versions of the app will be required to update before they can continue using it. Impacted users will receive an in-app notification prompting the update.
The following versions of the app are the minimum requirements:
- iOS – 5.74.1
- Android – 5.74.1
No phone or operating system upgrade is needed — only the app itself must be updated.
Keeping the SentriKey® app updated is a simple but critical step to ensure agents can access properties efficiently and securely.
