On Monday, November 17, 2025, BCREA will host a one-hour webinar, Trust as the Foundation of Property Ownership, offering a clear legal overview of the decision, its historical context, and how it relates to BC’s Torrens property title system.
Speakers include BCREA CEO Trevor Koot, BC Treaty Commissioner George Abbott, and lawyer and policy advisor Sharon G.K. Singh.
