Tech Tip: Live Stream Open Houses entered on REALTOR.ca before Apr. 16 will need to be re-entered

As announced in NewsReal last week, members now have the option to add a Live Stream Open House to their listing in Paragon.

If you entered your Live Stream Open House information in Paragon prior to April 16:

Any information entered in Paragon prior to April 16 is not affected. Starting on April 16, the information will automatically appear on REALTOR.ca so members of the public can also see this information.

If you entered your Live Stream Open House information on REALTOR.ca only:

You will need to re-enter the information in Paragon because when the Live Stream Open House data from Paragon is sent to REALTOR.ca on April 16, the data will override any information you previously entered through REALTOR.ca.

Starting on April 16:

Any Live Stream Open House information you enter into Paragon will automatically flow to REALTOR.ca and there will no longer be an option to enter the information through REALTOR.ca.
