When the new Stats Centre was updated in September, we told you about new search fields that will help you compile data and graphs relevant to your clients.
Let’s take a closer look at how the expanded Property Type search field will help you pull even better data.
Stats Centre now offers more property type search options including:
- All Property Types
- Detached and Attached Combined – Combination of residential detached, apartment/condos and all townhouses (residential detached and residential attached)
- Detached (House)
- Apartment – Apartment/condos found in residential attached
- Townhouse – All townhouses found in residential detached and residential attached
- House with Acreage – From Residential Detached
- Land
- Multi-Family
- Manufactured – From Residential Detached
- Manufactured with Land – From Residential Detached
The default property type in Stats Centre is detached, but you can also select multiple (different) property types to simulate a multi-class search in Paragon®.
To display multiple graph lines at once rather than combining your results into one single graph line, used the Custom Search symbol.
