Recent changes and updates to Touchbase will equip unlicensed assistants with more tools to better support their teams.

These updates include a new interface that will allow assistants to:
- Use ‘Active Inbox’ to view and reply to office messages
- Use ‘Change Agent’ to assume a REALTOR’s® identity to update listings or to send/messages on behalf of a REALTOR®. Records can be found in the report to identify the sender

- Use the ‘Calendar’ to see the team’s showing schedule at a glance.
Mobile accessibility: The new assistant interface is also available on mobile. You can access it on your phone by downloading the Touchbase SM2 app, selecting your board, and entering your credentials.
