In this edition of Tech Tips, we’ll introduce you to a brand-new app for your buyers and sellers to help them stay on top of the market. With a user-friendly interface, the Collaboration Centre app will help your clients:
- Discover new listings and matches
- View price changes and updates
- View statistics about their listing (for sellers)
How it works for existing contacts using Collaboration Centre
Your client can access the Collaboration Centre app by using a unique ‘App Invite Code’ found in the Welcome Email your client would have received when they joined Collaboration Centre.

You can resend Welcome Emails as many times as needed, but if your client doesn’t receive the Welcome Email, or you want to generate the ‘App Invite Code’ manually, in Paragon Pro you can:
- Find the ‘App Invite Code’ for current contacts within the contact record. Under Contacts, click on View/Manage Contacts, and you will find the ‘App Invite Code’ by clicking: Contact Activity, Contact Information, Buyer Activity or Seller Activity.
2. Click on the App Invite Code button. Please note: App Invite Codes are case sensitive. In Paragon Pro, you will need to manually copy and paste this code to send to your clients.

On Paragon Connect:
3. App Invite Codes are listed on each member’s Contact Viewer. On the side menu, click Contacts.
4. Select Client/Contact Name.
5. Click the arrow next to the code to copy the code to your clipboard.
6. Paste the code into either a text message or email. Or click on Send Code to generate an email to your client from Paragon Connect.
7. After your client downloads the app on their mobile device, they will be prompted to enter the invite code when they open the app. The code ensures seamless connection between you and your client.
