REALTORS® who are constantly on the go may be familiar with the new Paragon Connect mobile app and may already be using it.
Paragon Connect is a mobile-friendly version of Paragon, allowing you to use all the functionality of Paragon desktop, on the go! Download the app today and work seamlessly across the desktop and app platforms.
Installing Paragon Connect on iOS
- Go to the App store, select the search icon at the bottom and type “Paragon Connect.”
- Download the app by clicking the “Get” button.
- Once the app is installed, select “Open” to run the app.
Installing Paragon Connect on Android
- Go to the Google Play store, select the search icon at the bottom and type “Paragon Connect.”
- Select the “Install” button.
- Once the app is installed, select “Open” to run the app.
Logging in to the Paragon Connect app
- In the app, select “I am an Agent/Broker” to continue.
- On the “Select your area” screen, locate and select “British Columbia” and select “Next.”
- On the “Select your organization” screen, locate and select either Commercial or Residential and select “Get started.”
- You will be directed to the familiar login page, which will ask for location or notification permissions. Select “Allow.”
- Enter your username and password (F-username and your Paragon password),and select “Login.”
If you want to access Paragon Connect from Paragon Pro on your desktop, select the Paragon Connect icon on the top toolbar.
Now that you’ve logged in, feel free to explore the app!
In the event the app is temporarily unavailable due to an update or if the age of your device does not allow for the download, you can access Paragon Connect on your mobile device through a web browser.
- Open Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android) and type in:
Paragon Residential: bcres.paragonrels.com
Paragon Commercial: bccls.paragonrels.com
- You will be directed to use one of two options: “Use Paragon Connect” or “Continue to Paragon Pro” (the desktop version).
- Choose one option and login as usually with your F-username and Paragon password.
Note: If the mobile web browser asks for permission to use location, it is okay to select “Allow.”
