Record-Breaking Crowd Celebrates Real Estate Excellence at FVREB Medallion Awards Gala

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) celebrated a night of achievement and camaraderie at the annual Medallion Awards Gala, held on Saturday, March 16, at the Vancouver Convention Centre West. This year’s event shattered attendance records, welcoming a remarkable 1,250 Realtors and their guests.

The evening buzzed with excitement as attendees enjoyed interactive photobooths, danced to the energy of a live band, savoured a delicious meal, and fostered valuable connections through countless networking opportunities.

Social media channels were abuzz with photos and videos capturing the night’s highlights, further amplifying the positive energy and sense of community.

The Fraser Valley REALTORS Charitable Foundation would like to thank everyone who supported our fundraising efforts that evening, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the 50/50 draw. The winner of the “Spin to Win” prizes were Jamie Touroud (stocked beverage fridge), Chris Gaundan (AMIS gift basket), and David Corrie (beverage prize pack). Following the draw for the 50/50 on stage, it was determined that the claimant’s ticket did not match the drawn number. From the list of attendees, a random name was drawn as the winner of the 50/50. Congratulations to Scott Higgins.

Medallion awards are being packaged at the Board for delivery to offices. The FVREB looks forward to continuing this tradition of excellence and recognizing the achievements of its members at the 2025 Medallion Awards Gala, which will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

During the slide presentation, the slide recognizing Sukh Sandhar, of RE/MAX Colonial Pacific Realty, acknowledged his first year as a Medallion Qualifier, displaying the incorrect image. We understand the significance of this recognition and deeply regret any disappointment this may have caused.
