Offical Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Please take notice that the Annual General Meeting (a hybrid event) of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board will be held on Thursday, the 29th day of February, 2024 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of transacting the following business:

  • To receive the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year, January 1st – December 31st, 2023 and the report of the Board’s Auditor thereon;
  • To appoint an Auditor for the 2024 fiscal year;
  • To consider the report of the Board Development Committee, circulated as Memorandum #4274 and elect Officers and Directors;
  • To consider By-law changes recommended by Special Resolution as circulated in Memorandum #4279;

The physical location for the Annual General Meeting will be at the Sheraton Guildford Hotel located at 15269 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC. Members may also attend virtually via FVREB Connect.
