Paragon 8.4 – 8.5 has new features for users!
- When you recommend a listing to your client, you can add a personalized message or comment along with the listing. On the search results screen, click on the listing you want to recommend.
- On the top right, click the three dots
- Click the Recommend option (with the thumbs up icon)
- Choose a contact
- Click next
- Add the (optional) comment to the shared listing and click send.
2. Paragon Connect now allows you to customize and personalize your colour theme on desktop or in the app.
- In the menu icon on the top left of your screen, click Settings,
- Click System,
- Click Choose Theme,
- Select your preferred colour theme.
Dive in and choose your favorite from the latest theme options:
- Click save on the top right corner of your screen
3. Agents can now text listings directly to their clients from either the Paragon Connect desktop or the app! From the listing you want to share:
- Select the check box beside the address in the top left of your screen,
- Click the share icon in the top right corner,
- Choose the text option,
- Select the client you want to share the listing with,
- Include an optional message.
- Add a phone number if the contact’s number is not already saved in their profile
- Click save and then click send
The Collaboration Centre listing will be sent to your client via text!
4. Paragon Connect has made it easier to navigate to and manage the listings you have recommended to your buyers.
- Select your contact and click on Buyer Activity.
- Prior to this release, you had to click on the three dots, then manage listings to add, remove, or create notes.
- Now, you can just click on any of the boxes on the Agent Recommended card.
All the functionality is now at your fingertips in any of the View Results options, making it easier than over to manage your recommended listings.
