Paragon 8.0 – 8.3 has new features for users!
- New Dashboard Layout and Search
The Paragon Connect dashboard now features a search bar powered by Google. Enter a city or MLS # in the search bar.
The top results will be displayed. When you click on one of the results you will be taken to a map search. Below the search results, you will see the “Power Search” results which include specific listings.
The search bar also features a location or map icon that will start a “Near Me” search.
The new dashboard now displays a streamlined top bar, removing “Near me” and “Power Search” and keeping “System Messages” and “Hotsheet Alerts”.
2. Unlimited Results
Paragon Connect no longer requires your results count to be under 5,000 listings. There are no restrictions on the number search results you can yield!
The search map has also been updated and no longer features the colour-based cluster with a number count, but, instead, a red dot. The red dot indicates there are more listings in the area. As you zoom in or pan around, the map will re-search and display the listings in that specific area.
3. Zero Result Filter
The map filter option now allows to you to update and refine your criteria if you yield zero search results.
Previously, if you had zero results and tried to add criteria, you couldn’t hit apply. You can now modify your search results by going to the funnel icon on the top right corner and refine your search, then click apply.
4. Update Interface for CollabLink
CollabLink has a new look, and your clients will now see a listing in an updated format and layout. All existing CollabLinks will automatically be redirected to the new layout, no settings changes required.
5. New Listing Maintenance Spreadsheet View
Users can now view listings in either the spreadsheet view or the thumbnail view.
When searching published listings, you can now toggle back and forth between the spreadsheet and thumbnail view by using the toggle button in the app bar.
In the spreadsheet view, you can also click on the gear icon beside the listing to view the ‘Actions’ box with functions such as copy listing, view detail, open house and assign to contact.
6. Assign to Agent Roster Card
The agent roster card has been updated to remove all empty fields. Previously information fields that were empty were still visible. Now all empty fields are hidden for a more streamlined view.
You can find the agent roster card under the main left side menu, and clicking members, then members again and selecting our Board.
