Paragon 11.0 – 11.1 has new features for users
Upload Custom PDFs to EasyCMA Reports:
Paragon users can now upload and attach your own PDF documents to your EasyCMA reports. Add marketing pieces, service overviews, or property flyers to both digital and print versions of your CMAs. You can also delete or reorder the documents within your CMAs to fit your presentation.
New EasyCMA Document Library:
A new document library in Paragon Connect lets you save and organize your frequently used PDFs. Access it from your CMA settings and reuse your materials across various reports. Star any file to have it automatically added to every new CMA.
Improved Navigation in Collaboration Center Reports:
Viewing listings in the Collaboration Center is now more streamlined. Your clients can now click forward or backward through detail reports without going back to the results page, making the experience smoother and more convenient.
Default Mortgage Interest Rate Updated:
The built-in mortgage calculator in the Detail Report in Collaboration Center now uses a six per cent default rate (up from four per cent) users without a custom rate set. This change ensures estimates better reflect today’s market conditions and provides a more realistic picture for your buyers.
New Message History in Paragon Connect:
Paragon users will now find all client messages, emails, auto emails, and texts in one place under My Content. The Message History module uses filters to search by title or email address, so you can quickly find past messages without jumping between contacts. No more jumping from contact to contact.
Showing Requests Added to Message History:
When your client uses the Request a Showing feature in Collaboration Center, the message now appears in the message history in both Paragon Pro and Connect, not just in the Sent Messages folder. You’ll find them right alongside your other client communications; no more digging or switching screens.
Full-Screen Photo Viewing on Mobile:
Viewing listing photos on your phone just got better. Rotate your screen to see full-size images in Paragon Connect and Collaboration Center. You can also pinch to zoom in for a closer look.
