Paragon 9.4 has new features for users
New Dashboard Customization
Customize your Paragon Connect homepage with helpful new widgets to tailor your needs and streamline your workflow.
To customize your dashboard, simply click or tap on the new gear icon in the top application bar.
This will open a customization screen that will allow you to adjust two types of widgets.
Primary Widget
The first type is called the “Primary Widget.” This widget will expand the width of your screen depending on the device you use. Today, there is only one widget called “Buyer Activity.” Additional options will be added as they roll out. If you are not interested in using a Primary Widget, you can remove it from your dashboard.
Secondary Widgets
“Secondary Widgets” can be added, reordered, or removed according to your needs. There are four new widgets you can add to your dashboard:
- Last 5 Searches
- Listing Carts
- Property Watches
- My Saved Searches
Adding widgets to your dashboard
To add a new widget, click/tap the gear icon to open the customization screen. Click on the “Add Widgets” button. A new list will appear showing all available widgets. You can also view a preview of the widget and get a description of what the widget will do.
On larger screens, your dashboard will show one row of your first four widgets. Adding additional widgets will create new rows, stacking seamlessly to fit your device.
Last 5 Searches Widget
With just a few clicks, you can instantly rerun any of your last five searches in any class.
How it works
- Run Search Instantly: Once you have added the widget to your dashboard, click or tap the circular running icon to find your results in seconds.
- Edit Search Criteria: To make adjustments to your search criteria, click/tap the filter button where you can adjust your pre-filled criteria.
- Quick Refresh: This widget features a handy reload icon, so you can instantly refresh the data with a single click or tap.
- Expand/Collapse: Simply expand the widget on your dashboard to view the last five searches.
Listing Cart Widget
Agents rely on listing carts to organize and store properties for various purposes. With the Listing Cart Widget, users can save specific property searches in the cart.
- Quick Access: Instantly view and open your most recently modified listing cart directly from your dashboard.
- Quick Refresh: Use the reload icon to instantly refresh the data with a single click or tap.
My Saved Searches Widget
Use the Saved Searches Widget to quickly access your most recent saved searches across any class.
- Run Search Instantly: Click or tap the circular running icon to search and view the latest listing results in seconds.
- View or Edit Criteria: Simply click the search name (not the running icon) to open the search form with all the criteria pre-filled, ready for review or adjustments.
- Quick Refresh: Use the reload icon to instantly refresh the data with a single click or tap.
- View More: On your dashboard, this link will navigate you to the “My Saved Searches” page where you can see all your saved searches.
