New Login Procedure for HomeSpotter App

As per eMemo #4335, member are advised of an update regarding the login procedure for the HomeSpotter mobile app.

Effective yesterday, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, users will be prompted to authenticate via REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On (SSO) when logging into the HomeSpotter mobile app.

This new login procedure is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and streamline the login process for our mobile applications.  

Instead of entering your MLS® ID when you open the app, you will now be redirected to sign in to REALTOR.ca using your email, password, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
