As advised in eMemo #4354, as part of a recent internal reorganization and to better serve our members, Lockbox (SentriLock) services are being transitioned from the Board’s MLS® department to the FVREB IT department and HelpDesk team.
Effective December 15, 2025, Lockbox services will be fully integrated into FVREB’s HelpDesk function. During the transition period, the contact for Lockbox services and support remains unchanged at 604-930-7640.
This update is part of our ongoing commitment to streamline member support, enhance service response times, and ensure a more consistent experience across all support and services to FVREB members. As part of this change:
- All Lockbox service requests previously directed to MLS® will now be handled by the FVREB HelpDesk team.
- To set up a new lockbox, request assistance, or ask any lockbox-related questions, please contact the HelpDesk directly.
- The former FVREB lockbox email will be replaced by helpdesk@fvreb.bc.ca.
- The former SentriLock phone number will be decommissioned and replaced by the HelpDesk direct line, 604-930-7626. Emails and calls to the old SentriLock contact points will continue to be automatically rerouted for the remainder of 2025.
