Homebuyer Recission Period Webinar and BCFSA Practice Resources    

On January 3, 2023, BC’s new cooling-off period for residential real estate transactions comes into effect. Join a one-hour webinar, co-presented by BC Financial Services Authority and the British Columbia Real Estate Association, to ensure you understand how to comply with the new requirements and how to explain them to your clients. 

This webinar is designed to help real estate licensees build their understanding of the Home Buyer Rescission Period (HBRP), commonly referred to as the cooling-off period.
