Having trouble using key words to locate BCREA and Council forms?
Because many forms are listed alphabetically in WEBForms® with the same letters (as in CPS – Assignment Addendum, CPS – Leasehold, CPS – Manufactured Home) your specific title may be slow to locate with key words. Instead, try using the search filters.
- On WEBForms® versions 4 and 5 use filters Organization and then Category. (E.g. British Columbia/Category or FVREB/Category). Using these filters will likely get you quicker results.
- On WEBForms® Classic, use the View/All and Search/List for titles to find what you are looking for.
Other helpful tips
- View the full list of Council’s forms on WEBForms® by selecting the category filter RECBC Mandatory Forms.
- When you are scanning lists of WEBForms® on screen, look for the June 14, 2018 date to spot a new form more quickly.
- Keep in mind that in place of the expired BCREA Working with a REALTOR® brochure, you must use Council’s disclosure forms instead. Discard or recycle any printed copies of the old brochure and old forms. Don’t hand them out!
- Note that previous WEBForms® Transaction Kits are not updated automatically with the new forms.
