On Monday, December 1, 2025, the BC Real Estate Association (BCREA) will release its Fall 2025 Standard Forms Launch, introducing several key updates and revisions to support compliance, consistency, and professionalism across the province.
BCREA’s Standard Forms are essential tools that help REALTORS® meet regulatory requirements, reduce risk, uphold high standards, and protect consumers. To minimize disruption, BCREA consolidates new forms, clauses, and revisions into one major release each year, ensuring members have the most up-to-date resources while keeping changes manageable.
The Pre-Launch Package is now available to REALTORS® on BCREA Access, along with toolkits and other resources. (BCREA Access required).
REALTORS® are encouraged to review these materials to ensure they understand how the updates affect their day-to-day practice, remain compliant with current regulations, and continue to provide accurate, professional service to their clients.
All updated forms will be available in CREA WEBForms® on Monday, December 1.
