For security reasons, a device re-set for the SentriSmart app will be initiated on Tuesday, January 9. This is in direct response to reports that some members have provided clients access to lockboxes via the SentriSmart app, in violation of our rules.
On January 9, the device history will be cleared from your SentriSmart profile. Whatever device (phone/tablet) you next use to access the SentriSmart app will be your default device and after that, no other devices will be allowed to use your SentriSmart credentials through the app.
If you upgrade your device in the future, we can update your profile through the Board. Call the Board at 604-930-7600 to be directed to the available lockbox support staff. SentriLock cannot assist with this, as they cannot verify your identity and therefore will not authorize access through new devices.
Remember, your SentriCard is available as back-up if for some reason you cannot use the app.
