The Nominating Committee of the Fraser Valley REALTORS Charitable Foundation (FVRCF) is looking to fill between three (3) and five (5) vacant Director positions to serve as ambassadors for the Foundation within our six major communities making up the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board
Serving on the Board of Directors of the Foundation requires a certain level of skill, commitment, energy, and dedication which is unique from the practice of a real estate business. The time commitment is approximately two hours per month, during a term of three years.
The Nominating Committee is seeking candidates to help round out the overall experience and knowledge of the directors as a whole in the areas of Financial, Legal, Communications and Marketing.
Every Director is expected to act honestly and in good faith with a view to the best interests of the Foundation, and will exercise the care, diligence and skill that is reasonably prudent in comparable circumstances.
