Paragon 26.3 introduces easier agent-to-agent sharing, new seller activity tracking tools, redesigned listing cards, and faster listing input workflows, all designed to simplify day-to-day listing management.
Share Listings Directly with Other Members
Sharing listings with other agents now opens directly in Paragon Connect instead of CollabLink, giving members access to full listing details, including agent-only fields.
The updated sharing panel now separates options into Share with Public and Share with Members, making it easier to choose how you want to send listings. Member sharing also supports direct roster lookups, copy links, and improved tracking in Message History.
Sell Side Tracker Widget
The new Sell Side Tracker widget brings listing engagement data directly to your dashboard. Track views, favourites, comments, shares, showings, tours, and other activity without opening multiple reports.
You can add up to three widgets to monitor multiple listings side by side, with daily refreshes highlighting new activity since the previous update.
Redesigned Listing Thumbnail Results
Published and unpublished listing cards have been redesigned to show more information at a glance while fitting more listings on screen.
Quick actions like editing listings, opening the Media Gallery, launching Listing Insights, and managing seller contacts are now easier to access directly from the thumbnail cards. Expanded views also provide quick access to additional listing and office details.
Optional: Disable Help Tips for Faster Data Entry
Agents who prefer faster form entry can now disable help tips in listing forms.
Turning tips off removes the icons from the tab order, making it easier to move quickly through fields when entering or updating listings. The setting is saved automatically and can be turned back on anytime.
