Paragon 12.5 introduces workflow-focused improvements that make listing input cleaner, dashboards more flexible, and day-to-day listing management easier to track at a glance.
A Cleaner, Smarter Listing Input Experience
The Listing Input & Maintenance (LIM) form has been refreshed to make creating and editing listings easier and more intuitive.
You’ll now see info tip icons beside select fields throughout the form. These built-in tips provide quick guidance on what’s required without leaving the page. They’re the same tips used in Paragon Pro and are now available in Paragon Connect for a more consistent experience.
The layout has also been redesigned into a single-column format, improving readability and flow. Fields adjust more naturally to screen size, text boxes align better with lookup fields, and sections expand as you enter data, keeping the page clean and easier to scan.
Customize Your Listing Inventory Dashboard
You can now personalize your Listings page with a customizable Inventory Dashboard. This gives you more control over what you see and how you manage your listings.
Secondary widgets can be added, removed, or reordered to match your workflow. There’s no limit to how many you can include, and the layout adapts smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. A new Customize Dashboard icon appears in the app bar, making it easy to adjust your setup at any time.
These widgets can also be added to your homepage dashboard, giving you consistent access wherever you work..
Latest Listing Edits at a Glance
The Latest Listing Edits widget shows recently updated published and unpublished listings you have access to. Each entry includes a listing photo, address, Display ID, and last modified time.
Listings are organized into Published and Unpublished tabs, with the ability to expand the widget to see more results. Clicking a listing opens it directly in LIM (with permission), and a refresh icon lets you update activity in real time.
