Paragon 12.1 has new features for users.
Share Multiple Listings by Email (Collaboration Center)
Buyers can now share up to six listings in one email. Select multiple properties from the thumbnail view, click Share, choose Email, and send them all at once, reducing effort for your buyers and avoiding cluttered inboxes.
New Manual Share Email Template:
Emails sent from Collaboration Center now have a cleaner design. They highlight who sent the listings, include your office logo, show how many listings are shared, and provide one clear “View Listings” link. Notes and contact details are also displayed in a consistent format. The new design ensures recipients immediately understand who sent the listings, as well as boosts engagement and encourages faster feedback.

Media Gallery View:
Paragon Connect now has a full-page media gallery. All listing photos, videos, documents, and maps are available in one place. The new view replaces the old, tabbed layout, and adapts to both portrait and landscape on mobile. The gallery opens in a full-page modal and includes:
- Photos, Videos, Documents, and Map tabs,
- The Map tab always appears and now includes Streetview within the same view, eliminating the need for a separate tab,
- Other tabs are shown only if the corresponding media exists,
- If only the Map is available, the tab shifts to the far left for better alignment,
- Tabs scroll horizontally on smaller devices for easy navigation,
- Layout supports both portrait and landscape orientation for an optimized mobile experience.
Radius Distance Label on Map:
When drawing a radius search in Paragon Connect or Collaboration Center, the map now shows the distance label (miles or kilometers) inside the shape once it’s drawn.
Set Default Landing Page in Paragon Connect Mobile:
You can now set your app to open directly to the Near Me map search instead of the dashboard. Toggle this option in Mobile App settings, then log out and back in to apply the change.
