You may have noticed that you can now find listings near you, and driving directions are now available for multiple listings. The introduction of the ‘Near Me’ search option and ‘Driving Directions for Multiple Listings’ in Paragon Connect are just two of the latest enhancements included in Paragon 5.963, which came into effect on Tuesday, August 1.
Here are the other highlights of the latest update:
Paragon Professional
- Confirm Map Pin Location for Listings
If the auto-generated pin placement of your listing is correct, you no longer need to manually adjust the pin. You still have the option to move the pin to the right location as needed. Remember to click “Confirm” to verify the pin placement before saving your listing.
Collaboration Centre
- Remove Open House Info Banner
Say hello to a cleaner interface. To address the issues of inconsistent banner display and banner overlapping with text watermark, the Collaboration Centre-specific info banner has been removed.
- Include Secondary Email on Seller Email Report
The secondary email address listed on a contact’s record will also receive the Sell Side > Seller Report if the option to include the spouse/secondary email on notifications is enabled.
Paragon Connect
- Driving Directions for Multiple Listings
Previously, ‘Driving Directions’ were only available for a single listing. This feature has been expanded to support multiple listings. You can now select multiple listings on your desktop or mobile device and use Google Maps to plot directions between listings.
- New ‘Near Me’ Search
As previously mentioned, you can now find listings near you, wherever you are, with this new one-click option. Tap the map icon located in the top menu bar to see your current location and display listings near you. Find the right properties that you need by changing your search parameters in the ‘Criteria Filter.’
You can also access the new ‘Near Me’ search from the ‘Dashboard Quick Actions’ as well as the ‘Properties Search’ menu.
- Customize Property Search Form
Paragon Connect now allows you to modify the fields in the ‘Property Class Search Forms.’ You can customize the ‘Containers’ and ‘Fields’ within each container making it easier to search for all types of listing data. You can also drag and drop fields from one container to another.
To access your new additions going forward, make sure to save the adjustments you made as a custom search or use the ‘Update Default Template’ option.
- Print All PDF Associated Documents
The ‘Associated Documents’ section now includes the option to combine any PDF documents into a single file and allows you to print PDF Associated Documents all at once. Please note that this new feature currently works for PDFs only.
- Membership Search
The ‘Members’ menu item has a brand new look. Searching for Agents or Offices on Paragon Connect is now similar to the ‘Roster’ search functions in Paragon Professional. The results now include the option to view ‘Roster Detail’ reports for Agents and Offices as well as quick links to call and email.
