Tech Tip #23 | Paragon® Listing Activity Report

The Listing Activity Report in Paragon is a valuable tool for REALTORS®. It can provide insights and paint a clear picture into how your listing in Paragon is performing in the current market.

The Listing Activity Report will detail:

  • The number of saved searches that have included your listing,
  • The number of contacts that were directly matched to the listing,
  • How many times the property has been viewed and emailed,
  • The number of times the listing has been marked as a favourite or possibility by a client,
  • The total number of hits, including whether those clicks came from agents or clients.

The Listing Activity Report contains metrics from Paragon only, not from Realtor.ca or any other site.

You can find the Listing Activity Report on Paragon under the Listings tab.

Locate your listing and click on Select an Action on the right side of the screen. In the subsequent menu, click on View Activity Report.

You can see the full report here. Please be aware that “Client” refers to a non-agent user — a member of the public and can include activity from email links or a saved search.

In the top right corner, the Report Definitions button will break down what each statistic means or  you can access the list of definitions here.

The Listing Activity Report offers a clear snapshot of interest and engagement for each of your listings, making it a valuable resource when discussing the property’s performance with your client.
