Paragon 10.3 – 10.4 has new features for users
Enhancing Power Searches
Paragon has separated the “Near Me” search icon from the search bar, making it easier to use as a standalone feature. This refinement, driven by user feedback, applies to both the Power Search module in Paragon Connect and the address search bar in Collaboration Center.
Paragon has made another enhancement to the Power Search in Paragon Connect. Now, the current location option appears as soon as you open the Power Search page, giving users instant access to the map for a faster way to find listings near you.
Improved Address Search
Paragon has streamlined the address search in Power Search, reducing the results from five to three. This update improves visibility, ensuring important content isn’t hidden by the keyboard on certain phones.
Photo Descriptions in Image Alt Text
Paragon is improving accessibility across Paragon Connect, Collaboration Center, and CollabLink by improving Image Alt Text (or Alternative Text) for listing photos. Image Alt Text is a written description of an image that screen readers read aloud. Now, photo labels and descriptions will be included, ensuring a more inclusive experience for all users. Instead of a simple image, descriptive text will be added, for example, “kitchen with stainless steel appliances”, so users who can’t see the image can hear the description and know what it is.
CMA Adjustments in Printed Reports
Your CMA adjustments will now carry over to printed and PDF reports, ensuring your customizations are always reflected. With this update, the “Summary of Comparable Properties” page will now include both default and manual adjustments, giving you a polished, professional report every time.
