Paragon 12.4 has new features for users.
Floor Plans Now Supported in Paragon + Paragon Connect
Floor plans are now fully built into both Paragon and Paragon Connect, giving you another way to show a home’s layout and help buyers understand the space before they visit.
You can upload multiple floor plans in PDF or standard image formats, mark them as public or private, and reorder or rename them as needed. Up to 10 files per listing are supported.
A new Floor Plans tab now appears in the Media Gallery across Paragon Connect and the Collaboration Center, so clients can easily browse layouts alongside photos and videos.
The same support is now live directly in Paragon’s listing workflow under ‘Add/Edit Floor Plans’ in the LIM menu.

Embed YouTube & Vimeo Videos in Paragon Connect
Paragon Connect now supports embedded listing videos from YouTube and Vimeo. Just paste the share link, add a title, and choose whether the video is public.
You can reorder videos with drag-and-drop, edit titles or links at any time, and remove older clips when needed. These are embedded videos, not virtual tour links, so they display as part of your listing media. This gives you a straightforward way to share walkthroughs, neighbourhood clips, or any video content that helps tell the story of the home.

Paragon Photo Uploads Now Remember “Skip Labels”
Paragon already gives you the option to skip automatic labels in Restb.ai. With this update, Paragon will now remember your choice. If you select ‘Skip Auto Labels,’ Paragon keeps that setting, even after logging out.
If you prefer automatic labels, it remembers that too. You can change the checkbox anytime, and your new choice becomes the default. This update reduces repetitive clicks and keeps photo uploads working the way you prefer.
