Did You Meet CLARA at PacificWest 2025?

Tech took the spotlight at the FVREB booth on the tradeshow floor at the PacificWest Conference in Vancouver this week. CLARA, the FVREB Connect Cognitive Learning Artificial REALTOR® Assistant, was among the many highlights demonstrated to conference attendees.

CLARA is an intelligent support assistant built exclusively for FVREB members. She answers questions by drawing from trusted content on FVREB Connect, including forms, policies, guides, and key documents — all in plain language, available 24/7.

“Clara is very insightful — I learned a lot,” said FVREB member Stuart Hall of Century 21. “It’s really important to have resources like this, especially ones that can be personalized around agents’ inquiries.”

The FVREB booth shared space with more than 100 other exhibitors on a bustling tradeshow floor, giving REALTORS® and attendees a chance to network and explore the latest tools, technologies, and professional resources shaping the industry.

The tradeshow featured a tech lounge, wellness centre, and an impressive range of exhibitors, from Boards and Associations to financial institutions, legal service providers, marketing partners, and other key industry collaborators REALTORS® rely on every day.

“Rubbing shoulders with each other is something that’s very important,” said FVREB Managing Broker Brian Kirkwood of Century 21 Coastal. “We don’t usually get a chance to connect with other members because we’re usually on opposing sides, so you get us in a neutral ground like the conference and tradeshow — it’s very inspirational to be together.”

The PacificWest tradeshow provided REALTORS® with valuable opportunities to connect, explore new tools and technologies, and stay current with the trends shaping the real estate industry.
