Following careful assessment of rising operational costs, the BC Real Estate Association has deemed it necessary to adjust its monthly member fee to help continue to support and empower REALTORS® in BC.
Effective January 1, 2023, they have announced a $5 increase in BCREA’s monthly membership fee. The new monthly BCREA fee of $17.00 will be reflected in the FVREB member dues invoice beginning with the December 15/22 invoice for January 2023 dues. The initial fees are now $895, and the reinstatement fee remains at $495.
