BCFSA Launches New Service Centre for Licensing and Regulatory Education Inquiries

The BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) has introduced a new Service Centre dedicated to handling phone inquiries related to real estate licensing and education.

BCFSA has updated its phone menu options, aimed at better connecting you with the right Service Centre representative.

Please note that contact details for other BCFSA divisions — including insurance, pension plans, credit unions, and trust companies — remain unchanged. All phone numbers and email addresses, including those for Reception and Practice Standards Advisors, continue to be valid.

What if my question is complicated or ongoing? 

If your question is complex or about an application that is already in process, you may be referred to the BCFSA team responsible for that work. In the meantime, if you have already received direct communication from someone at BCFSA on a specific matter, please keep working with that person. 

BCFSA’s Service Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours callers are asked to leave a voicemail.
