The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) Board of Directors has approved updates to the Medallion Club and MLS® Awards Rules (eMemo #4355). These changes reflect the Board’s ongoing commitment to fostering community, recognizing member achievements, and responding to member feedback.
As part of these updates, the Board has directed management to open the 2026 Medallion Gala to all active FVREB members—extending attendance beyond Medallion qualifiers for the first time. As the Board’s premier annual celebration, the Gala provides a meaningful opportunity to highlight both individual accomplishments and the collective success of our membership.
2026 Gala Ticket Pricing
To support the expanded event format and address rising venue and catering costs, the Board of Directors has approved a ticketed model for the 2026 Gala, with preferred pricing for Medallion qualifiers:
- $99 for Medallion Qualifiers
- $135 for All Other Members
The 2026 Medallion Gala will be held on February 28, 2026, at the Vancouver Convention Centre West. Further event details will be shared with members in January.
Reminder: 2025 MLS® Sales Submission Deadline
Members are reminded that all firm 2025 MLS® sales must be submitted to the Board for processing no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, in order to be included in the 2025 Medallion rankings.
