The BC Real Estate Association (BCREA) has released new toolkits to support REALTORS® in understanding and applying recent updates to key Standard Forms. These toolkits are available for the updated Property Disclosure Statement – Residential, the new Property No-Disclosure Statement (PNDS), and the updated REALTORS®’ Disclosure of Material Latent Defects (formerly the Seller’s Disclosure of Material Latent Defects). These practical resources are designed to help REALTORS® use the forms with confidence and clarity in their daily practice.
