Our 2020 Paragon Survey is out and we’ve already had a great initial response – thank you for those who finished it already – and for those who haven’t had a chance, keep ’em coming!
All members received the survey invite from Framework Partners on June 30th. For a few years now, we’ve issued this annual survey in collaboration with the Greater Vancouver and Edmonton Boards.
We want to understand what you like about Paragon. What works? What doesn’t?
Is it fast enough? Does it work on your favourite browser? The survey will ask you to rate Paragon for ease of use and how well you like its features including mapping, searching, loading photos and so on.
How important is your feedback? It’s huge. Every month, Black Knight issues Paragon updates and many of the enhancements or fixes are based on member usability feedback.
