SentriKey® Real Estate Mobile App – Version Update Required

In response to an issue some members encountered during the SentriLock® Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation, SentriLock has released a fix and is requesting that ALL users ensure their app is up to date with the latest version.

All SentriKey App users must update to the latest version prior to Tuesday, February 27, 2024. The previous version will not function correctly after this date. The minimum required app version for optimal functionality is 5.45.4. To check and update your app, please follow the instructions below:

NOTE: Thirty percent (30%) of FVREB SentriLock account holders have already updated their app version to 5.45.4. These members are NOT required to take any further action.

Reminders of how MFA works:

SentriLock Website:
When logging into the SentriLock website, you will be prompted to answer one of two security questions. These security questions have already been established in SentriLock. If you are new to SentriLock, you will be prompted to choose your security questions when creating your PIN/Password.

If you are not prompted to create security questions, this means that you have already set them up. In case you forget the answers to your security questions, please contact SentriLock Support at 1-877-736-8745 to have them reset.

SentriKey App:

Users who have biometrics (Touch ID/Face ID) enabled for their SentriKey app will not be required to answer security questions when logging in. Biometrics serve as an additional layer of security, and users with this feature enabled will not experience any changes in the app’s functionality.

For users without biometrics (Touch ID/Face ID) enabled, security questions will be prompted upon logging into the app. This applies solely to the login process; users who are already logged in will not be asked to answer security questions again.
