Earlier this week you all will have received a link to the 2021 FVREB Member Survey. Every two years, the Board conducts a comprehensive review of members’ opinions and satisfaction levels with all manner of Board-related matters – from HelpDesk to Communications to Education; and from what you see as our strengths to where you feel we can improve.
The bi-annual survey is one of the primary tools the Board relies on to identify areas for development and to plan for future growth. It provides Board leadership with meaningful benchmarks against which to measure key results and achievements. For members, it is one of the most vital instruments available to ensure your collective voice is directly heard on matters of importance to membership, for the short-, mid- and long-term.
Like voting, the higher the participation, the greater the results will reflect member needs. If you haven’t already done so, please take the time to share your feedback with us – it will be time well spent!
The survey will once again be administered by trusted and independent research firm, Framework Partners Inc. We are aiming to close the survey by November 19, and thus would greatly appreciate if you could please complete it by then. All information gathered will be kept strictly confidential by Framework.
As a thank-you for your help, respondents will be entered in a draw to win one of three (3) $500 gift card grand prizes, or one of ten (10) $100 gift cards. Plus, every 10th respondent who fully completes the survey will receive a $10 coffee card to their choice of either Tim Hortons or Starbucks!
