After being on hold for two years due to COVID-19, MLS® Tours are now back. MLS® Tours are coordinated and organized by FVREB members throughout the Fraser Valley.
It’s your chance to get your boots on the ground and connect with your fellow Fraser Valley REALTORS®. Here are three key benefits of joining your region’s tour:
- Increase your product knowledge. This is great for both seasoned and new REALTORS®, as it’s your chance to find out more about the homes being sold and bought in your community.
- Get a first-hand view on specific areas and communities. By taking your region’s MLS® Tour, you gain the chance to see different communities and areas up close. So, for example, when your client is asking you if a property has power lines or if a street has large hills, you’ll look like a pro when you’re equipped with the knowledge to help them.
- Network and connect with fellow REALTORS® in your area. Whether you’re sharing personal experiences and knowledge, building rapport with someone you may do business with, or just saying hello, networking in this business, especially between REALTORS®, is a must.
