Medallion Reminder — Sales Must Be Submitted to the Board Prior to 12:00 Noon on December 29, 2023

As year-end approaches, many members and offices turn their attention to Medallion standings. Every sale will have an impact on the annual rankings, so we urge members and brokerages to ensure that all 2023 sales have been submitted to the Board for processing prior to 12:00 noon on Friday, December 29, 2023.

Beyond the Medallion standings, submitting your sales before this year’s December 29 deadline ensures that you receive the most complete data to review year-over-year growth or to plan and set goals for 2024.

To view Board-wide Medallion reports showing ‘Potential Medallion Qualifiers’ for Individuals, Teams, Commercial and Top Offices, follow these steps:

  1. Log into FVREB Connect
  2. Click on “Doing Business”
  3. Click on “Medallion Program” mid-page (NOT the Medallion Qualifiers option, which is the previous year’s published list)
  4. Select from the options of “Individuals”, “Teams”, “Commercial” or “Offices”

The reports are updated automatically daily, including weekends.

Personal Medallion Statistics

Check your own personal Medallion statistics by logging into FVREB Connect and selecting “My FVREB > My Medallion > 2023 > Year-to-date”. Personal statistics are updated automatically daily, including weekends.

If you discover a discrepancy:

  • First check to ensure that the sale has been processed on Paragon. If it has not, and you are the Listing Agent, please ask your conveyancer to submit it to the Board for processing immediately.
  • If it has not, and you are the Buyer’s Agent, please have your conveyancer contact their counterpart at the Listing Brokerage to submit the sale information.
  • If the sale HAS been processed on Paragon, please wait until the following morning, in case it has just been processed that day. If you still don’t see the point in your Medallion points total the following morning, please email sales@fvreb.bc.ca immediately with the details.

When reporting sales, offices must include a copy of the Sales Report form and Contract of Purchase & Sale, along with any Amendments/Addendums. For CADREB, FVREB and REBGV area transactions, sales documents should be sent directly to the board where the property is located. Please note the direct email addresses for those boards below:

For BCNREB and all other BC Boards — sales must be sent to FVREB at sales@fvreb.bc.ca. FVREB will forward to the appropriate board. Please ensure these sales are sent in early to allow sufficient time to forward and include the last Subject Removal form for these other BC Board sales, as some boards do require a copy, or make a note if is subject-free.
