Members are advised to take note of the change in procedures during COVID-19 with regards to lockbox services at the Board.
To limit exposure risk to the virus, we have implemented a ‘no-touch’ method of delivering these services to you. If you need to purchase a lockbox or SentriCard, please call ahead to the Board office to place your order with our staff.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time for our staff to prepare your product for pick-up. When you arrive at the Board, your package will be waiting for you in the reception area. (As a fyi, the Board is also strictly observing all safety protocols at the office during COVID-19, and accordingly, you may need to wait. Your support, patience and understanding are appreciated).
If you are having an issue with your lockbox or card, please use the Canada toll-free number for SentriLock found on the back of your SentriCard. Their support staff will troubleshoot the issue with you. Should SentriLock advise you to come to the Board for a replacement, again, please call ahead to our staff to make these arrangements.
