Please be advised that the Board office building will be closed to members and the public effective 12 noon, Friday, December 24 through 8 am Tuesday, January 4, 2022. During this time, the front door will be locked and the switchboard will be on voicemail.
However, please note staff will continue to offer essential services during these days that are not statutory holidays:
- December 24 – 8 am to 12 noon
- December 29 – 8 am to 4:30 pm
- December 30 – 8 am to 4:30 pm
- December 31 – 8 am to 12 noon
Support and service availability:
Helpdesk | For information technology (IT) services, a FVREB Helpdesk staff member will be available at Helpdesk and 604.930.7626. |
MLS® | The MLS® manager and several staff members will be available to process sales for year-end and provide core MLS® services. Please note: All firm sales reported to the Board prior to the noon cut-off on December 31st will be processed and included in this year’s Medallion. Staff will be allocated to process New Listings and Amendments. Members are encouraged to upload all listings via ADT. (Broker Load offices can continue to post their new listings and amendments.) Between Dec. 29 and 31, lockbox services will be available via telephone only at 604-930-7640 or via the MLS® direct line at 604-930-7639. |
Accounting | Accounting staff will not be in the office during the holidays. Members are asked to use the Member Portal during this time to make payments and download invoices. Invoices will be emailed and available on the Portal. Please contact our Helpdesk before the holiday closure for help setting up access to the Member Portal. |
Education & Membership | Two staff members will be available in the office to update license renewals and PDP compliance. |
